Kentucky Eye Institute would like to inform you that effective August 21, 2026, Dr. Sara Eldridge will no longer be practicing at our London location.
We are grateful for Dr. Eldridge’s dedication and the compassionate care she has provided for our patients. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
Kentucky Eye Institute remains committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. We are pleased to share that Caitlynn Estevez, OD, will be joining our London location in August 2026. We encourage you to stay tuned for additional information regarding Dr. Estevez and her availability for appointments. Our team is prepared to assist with scheduling and any upcoming appointments to ensure continuity of care.
We encourage you to continue your care with Kentucky Eye Institute or seek care elsewhere if you prefer. Our team is available to assist with any questions, medical record transfers, or other support you may need. Your records will remain securely on file with Kentucky Eye Institute unless you complete a formal records release authorizing transfer to the provider of your choice.
