I had a great experience at Kentucky Eye Institute! They got me an appointment super fast and everyone was very kind and friendly! I especially appreciated Karen for going above and beyond in her patient care skills! I also appreciated Dr. Bryant Evans, as he was very knowledgeable about the concerns I had.

The woman who helps with the glasses was a breath of fresh air (I cannot remember her name, but she was amazing!). I definitely will be coming back for any of my eye care needs!

I have gone here for years, the Drs & staff are always unfailingly polite & helpful. They are professional, friendly, & go above & beyond to answer questions & find out information, even if it is not at their fingertips.

I have never, ever, had a bad experience there, the staff & beautiful frames keep me coming back. One thing I really do appreciate is that if I try something on & it doesn’t suit, they will be honest. That is getting harder & harder to find, it’s a valuable commodity & very much appreciated.
